Order Handling & Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 working days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, logistics availability, or unforeseen maintenance activities. Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 7–10 working days.

Returns, Exchanges & Replacements

Although we are confident you will love your Oxzyn Healthcare products, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will assist you.

Return Policy
We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for return or replacement.
Wrong Item Delivered

Step 1 – Raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery at Email –info@oxzynhealthcare.com or on Whatsapp at +91 92745 67931 with the pictures of the wrong item delivered and your order ID.

Step 2 – Allow us 48 working hours to review your replacement request.

Step 3 – On reviewing your replacement request, we will send our courier partner to collect the wrong product delivered to you.

Step 4 – In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, we will assist you with an alternative option.

Step 5 – Once the product is picked up, the replacement product will be delivered within 3–5 working days, subject to stock availability. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be processed.

Item Damaged

Step 1 – Raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery at Email –info@oxzynhealthcare.com or on Whatsapp at +91 92745 67931 with the pictures of the damaged item delivered and your order ID.

Step 2 – Allow us 48 working hours to review your replacement request.

Step 3 – On reviewing your replacement request, we will send our courier partner to collect the damaged product delivered to you.

Step 4 – In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, we will assist you with an alternative option.

Step 5 – After pickup confirmation, the replacement product will be delivered within 3–5 working days, depending on stock availability. If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.

We will not be able to return/replace your products in the following cases
• Opened/ used/ altered products
• Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc) missing
• The return/ replacement request is generated after 3 days from the date of delivery

Order Cancellation
We allow order cancellation before your order is processed. Once the order has been processed we can not cancel the order.
Refund Policy
Once a return or replacement request is approved and processed, refunds will be initiated and credited within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.
Shipping charges on a purchase?

We offer FREE shipping on orders above the minimum order value, which may change from time to time. Cash-On-Delivery (COD) is also available. Shipping charges shown during checkout will be considered final.
