This International Payment Policy outlines the terms governing payments made to Oxzyn Healthcare by clients located outside India.
1. Accepted Payment Modes
For international transactions, we accept payments exclusively through authorized banking channels in compliance with Indian foreign exchange regulations. Accepted methods include:
- International Bank Wire Transfer (SWIFT)
- Telegraphic Transfer (TT)
- Other RBI-compliant cross-border banking methods as mutually agreed
All payments must be remitted in the agreed invoice currency.
2. Currency of Transaction
Invoices for international clients are typically issued in one of the following currencies, as agreed in the commercial contract:
- USD (United States Dollar)
- EUR (Euro)
- GBP (British Pound Sterling)
- Any other mutually agreed foreign currency
The applicable currency will be clearly stated in the Proforma Invoice (PI), Commercial Invoice, or Purchase Agreement.
3. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, standard international payment terms are as follows:
- Advance Payment: A specified percentage of the total order value is payable prior to production.
- Balance Payment: Remaining amount payable before dispatch of goods or against shipping documents, as agreed.
- For long-term or bulk contracts, customized credit terms may be mutually agreed upon and documented.
Production timelines commence only after receipt of the agreed advance payment.
4. Banking Charges & Transaction Fees
All international banking charges, intermediary bank fees, currency conversion charges, and transfer fees must be borne by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Oxzyn Healthcare must receive the full invoiced amount without deductions.
5. Compliance with International Trade Regulations
All international payments must comply with:
- Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations
- Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) guidelines
- Applicable international trade and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations
Clients may be required to provide supporting documentation for compliance verification where necessary.
6. Taxes, Duties & Import Regulations
All import duties, customs clearance charges, local taxes, and regulatory fees applicable in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Oxzyn Healthcare is responsible only for statutory taxes applicable within India, unless otherwise agreed in writing under specific trade terms (e.g., Incoterms).
7. Delayed or Failed Payments
In the event of:
- Payment delays beyond agreed timelines
- Partial remittance
- Failed or reversed transactions
Oxzyn Healthcare reserves the right to:
- Suspend production or dispatch
- Withhold shipment documents
- Impose applicable interest charges where contractually agreed
8. Refund Policy (International Transactions)
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only under the following circumstances:
- Confirmed overpayment
- Order cancellation approved in writing prior to production commencement
- Manufacturing or dispatch errors attributable to Oxzyn Healthcare
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. All associated bank charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any payment-related disputes must be communicated in writing within seven (7) working days of invoice issuance or receipt of goods.
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India, and jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
